A strong closeout for 2025 in the multifamily sector of commercial real estate investments. Far from the typical, 'nothing happens in December,' this year our firm had closings for clients on Christmas Evan and New Year's Eve!
We are hearing more optimism from nearly all of the players at this point, from lenders to buyers and sellers and predicting a higher velocity of sales transactions to continue as the market normalizes around interest rates, insurance costs and slower rent growth.
